I like what Robin said. One of our pastors once said that faithfulness in done in the little things. It’s the little things that make a big difference in someone’s life.

Duane, thanks for this. Your friend was wise! It gives me such a great visual about seeing a soul instead of a body…imagine that! What a great way to view people, and yes, hopefully we would see much beauty in people’s character and souls. That quote gives me something to think about! Thanks!

My goal is to do little differences, then watch God use them to make big impacts.
When I’m in the grocery store, I make it a point to look for people in electric chair carts. Sometimes they struggle when reaching for items on the higher shelves. I try and offer assistance. Sometimes they take me up on it, sometimes they don’t. But even if they don’t, they know someone saw them … noticed them … valued them.
Who knows, someday I may be in an electric chair cart and will need assistance. 🙂

And I really like your effort to watch for those in electric chair carts and help them. It would make them feel valued that you cared enough to ask, even if they’d rather not accept the help. Yes, we have to consider that we might be in tough situations someday and how would we want to be treated… I’ll be on the lookout for more of that kind of thing now. Thanks!

I’m one who is in those electric chairs in the grocery store and I thank you for your offers to help. Sometimes I take people up on it and sometimes not but as you say, it is always nice to be asked if I want help. Thank you. It does make a huge difference.
